A highly tart and gently sparkling rose from Austria. Schilcher is a kind of wine made in the regions of Western Styriaand Southern Burgenland of the native Blauer Wildbacher grape variety. Both still and fizzy versions are produced, with this being a very fine example of the latter. Traditional method is used, like in Champagne production. Strohmeier uses organic grapes and this wine has no added sulfites.
