Rustic sparkling dry red wine from northern Italy. A very different sort of Lambrusco for those accustom to the sweet, bulk produced version. The fermented is done in bottle, an older technique before tank pressurization became popular. 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa that is grown organically, and the wine has no added sulfites. Farmy, mildly tannic, deep plum notes, best served with a decent chill.
