Honjozo is the most popular style of sake according to consumption rates. It is helped by the aromatic lift it gets from an addition of brewer's distillate, the fortification opens up the compounds of the sake. Amazing dinner sake, this one with wonderful fruit notes from the high polish rate of the rice.
