A delicious, ever-so-slightly sweet sake made at a brewery specializing in culturing yeast from flowers. In this case strawberry flowers are the source of the yeast, and does lend a red-fruit note to the finished product along with a lovely and delicately floral expression. Can be had either chilled or warmed, delightful.
