Organic Gamay from parcels in Villié-Morgon, Lancié, Saint-Amour, and St-Etienne-La-Varenne. 14 days carbonic maceration in concrete tanks and unlike his cru bottlings the aging is all in concrete as well. No filtering is done and no sulfites are used during vinification, with only a touch at bottling for stabilization. Burgundy at its purest most unadulterated form. This is a wine to drink chilled while grilling kebabs and listening to Jaques Dutronc.
