Julie and Toby Bainbridge, ex-pats from the UK and Arkansas respectively, struck out on their own in 2012 after working in the employ of Rene and Agnes Mosse. They settled their family in
Anjou and started full time production of natural wines.
Cuvée Les Jongleurs is a biodynamic Chenin blanc with skin contact. No fining or filtration takes place. Sulfuring at bottling is kept at an absolute minimum and some CO2 is employed to protect the wine.
