A funky, bright and fruity Riesling from South Australia. Travis Tausend is part of the growing natural wine movement in Australia. As such he is using wild yeasts, no or low sulfur additions and eschewing filtering. This Riesling is on the riper, honey-toned end of its expressions but with a noticeable wildness. Begs to be drank quickly before the funk fully over takes it, share with a friend.
