A lively and bright dry sparkling rose made primarily of Pinot Noir from the Mosel Valley. Dr. Ulli Stein was a pioneer in planting red grape varieties in the Mosel, resisting the local laws nominally forbidding it. There are small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon this wine as well, but it keeps true the racy acidity of a Pinot rose. Lovely and refreshing.
