The name isn't lying, this is a very tropical wine with flavors of pineapple, mango, even a touch of estery banana. A blend that is primarily Ottonese, a native southern Italian variety that is also known as Bombino Bianco, with a bit of Trebbiano and Moscato added. Direct pressed followed by fermentation with wild yeasts in a fiberglass container. Very dry and yeasty, bottled without any filtered to be naturally hazy. Organically farmed on a small scale, not even 2000 bottles produced most years.
