A rare release of natural wine from Quebec, a blend of two hybrid varieties, Marquette and Frontenac Gris. Hybrid grapes are well-suited to the cold Canadian climate and despite their reputation are capable of making fantastic wines. An unique and expressive deeper red with earthy, mushroom, and sour cherry notes. Organic farming, native yeast fermentation, and no sulfites added. Highly allocated, sure to disappear soon.
