Tannic, salty and savory-citrusy orange wine from one of Greece's most popular varieties. 100% organically grown Roditis, planted on the slopes of Mount Olympus. 14 days of skin contact with some stems left to macerate as well, spontaneous fermentation and lightly sulfured at bottling. Sea salt, orange peels, pebbles and a dusty texture.
