Crisp, chalky Maine made pet-nat with notes of green apple. The hybrid grapes in this wine were grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York, but made in the small town of Warren, Maine near the Atlantic. Made sparkling through a single fermentation, bottled before all the sugars are finished converting to the alcohol and allowed to complete in bottle making a natural fizziness. A blend of Seyval Blanc and Cayuga White, both cold hard grapes made from breeding American and French varieties.
