Organically farmed Chinuri, a native Georgian grape, made with 3 to 6 months of skin contact (orange wine) in the earthen qvevri vessels. This was one of the first commercial wineries to sell the traditional qvevri wines. Though the production has expanded, it was still only 5,000 bottles as of 2015. Chinuri has good acidity, balances the tannic quality of the time on the skins.
