An inserting and delicious cloudy sparkler from the mountainous north of Italy. The blend is of organically grown white Alpine varieties native to the Alto Adige region: Lagarino Bianco, Verderbara, and Nosiola. It is made with the "interrupted method" meaning the wine has a second fermentation started in the bottle with preserved grape juice but then, unlike Champagne, is not disgorged so the yeasty sediment remains. Open well chilled when ready to drink.
