A full, textured white from Imereti region of Georgia. Salty, leathery and herbaceous it is a very nifty wine that is informed by the use of the traditional clay qvevri fermentation vessels.

"Enek Freya Peterson, a native of Boston who transplanted to Georgia several years ago, makes this wine from grapes grown organically in Imereti Wine Region. 90% Tsolikouri 10% Krakhuna. Fermented in Qvevri. No Skin Contact."
