A partnership of a couple of natural winemakers in Baden, a region of southwest Germany. Many Baden producers work to mimic Burgundy to the degree of heavily manipulating their wines, but these dudes stubbornly stick to natural winemaking. Organically farmed grapes, wild yeast ferments, no filtering. A deeply amber-rose color, nearly to a light red complexion. Packed with herbal, mineral and fruit flavor with a uttery natty element. Very limited production on this, act fact or hold your peace.
