An aromatic and bright white wine of Muller-Thurgau and Neuburger from the Czech Republic. Bursting with notes of citrus, elderflowers and crushed up candies yet it drinks bone-dry. Hazy and ever so slightly prickly. Organic farming, no sulfites added, no filtering.
Notes from the importer (Jenny & Francois):
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is fermented with the skins for 4 days, then the skins are removed, in 225 liter used oak barrels. Zero sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered.
