A half-bottle sized can of bone-dry Malvasia from the North Coast of California. The winemaker from Jolie Laide, Scott Schultz, created this aromatic, crushable and portable treat. Schultz loves working with obscure and rarely planted varieties. All the vineyards the grapes are sourced from are at minimum meeting Cali Grapes sustainability requirements if not organic or biodynamic practices. This is not widely available in New York, so getting while you can.
