Vincent Paris began making his own wine in 1997, working out of the winery of his uncle Robert Michel, a renowned Cornas producer. All Syrah sourced from multiple parcels around Croze-Hermitage. Syrah is the most important grape in the Northern Rhone, and unlike the Southern Rhone, it's common to find it vinified alone. Paris practices organic viticulture without certification. Green harvests are done to reduce the fruit yields, an old tradition believed to increase the quality of the remaining grapes. Native yeasts and bottled unfiltered.
