Jean-Paul Labaille inherited his role as vigneron from his father-in-law Claude Thomas in Sancerre's Chavignol. There he continues to work their vines of sauvignon blanc in the traditional method with all hand harvested grapes and aging the "Authentique" in stainless steel.
