Peachy, almond and green-floral toned dry white from a Mediterranean Greek island. A blend of the white grapes Muscatelle (70%) and Goustolidi (30%). The latter being a native vine of Greece, while the former is from Bordeaux and brought to Ionian island of Cephalonia by the French during a brief period when it part of the Napoleonic Empire. Organically farmed, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no filtering.
