Bugey-Cerdon is a semi-sweet pink fizz that can convert even those most ardently opposed to a hint of residual sugar. Made of Gamay grown in the Alpine region of Savoy that provide a healthy degree of acidity that balances the sweetness. Raspberry and cherry notes and a prickly tickle. Naturally sparkling in via methode ancestrale, so no refined white sugar added just the inherent sugars of the fruit.
