A stunning combination of full-bodied, tannic red with lively acidity. Biodynamic since 1987, Mas Coutelou was a pioneer of the eco-friendly grape growing and natural winemaking in the Languedoc. None of the wines are sulfured during the production until a small dose at bottle if deemed necessary. Flambadou is 100% old vine Carignan, a grape that achieves its best expression once the plants have grown for decades.
