A truly and completely natural wine, made without sulfites at any point and fermented slowly with native yeasts. The vineyards are biodynamically managed and overseen by the same mother and son team that also makes the wine. Bombastically flavorful with many notes of citrus peels, red fruits like blood orange and pomegranate and savory mineral and herbal notes of purple flowers and rocks. Really wild stuff, for the adventurous palate.
