Want something more adventurous than your usual Prosecco? A fizzy, dry, light white and brightly flavored of lemons and pears made of the Vento variety called Garganega. Angiolino Maule was a pizzaiolo, a pizza maker, who gave into his desire to be a winemaker. He grows his grapes with biodynamic practices and in the winery does not use temperature control nor filtration, native yeasts and he doesn't add sulfur at all.
