An intriguing mixture of fruity, herbal and earthy in a red blend from a Mendocino winery that focuses on Piedmontese varieties. The winemaker grew up in California tasting wines with his father and worked in the restaurant industry, all informing his desire to make a wine well suited to the local terroir and suited for pairing with food.

"39% Barbera, 28.5% Nebbiolo, 26% Dolcetto, 4% Grignolino, and 2.5% Freisa. Black cherries, wild strawberries, dried herbs, olives, fresh soil, and a touch of orange peel make up the aromatic profile from start to finish."
