A deep, ruby hued rose with dry, juicy notes of raspberries and melon. The fruit is grown in vineyards with soils loam over shale and limestone in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Vinified in the Catskills according to low intervention winemaking methodology. Slow native yeast fermentation, very low sulfur additions, neutral oak vessels and no filtering before bottling. Only 72 cases produced.
