A bold, deep red with herbal notes from an organic winery in the south of France. Perfect for pairing with hearty, fall meals and drinking to fend off the cool seasonal breezes. Mostly Carignan, with a small amount of Grenache that is fermented with natural yeasts and bottled without fining or flirtation.
