A gently off-dry Riesling from New York's Finger Lake wine region. The allowance of a slight amount of residual sugar helps balance the highly acidic profile of cold climate Riesling grapes and is a traditional style in Germany and Alsace. Beautifully balanced and ideal for pairing with spicy meals of Asian or Mexican cuisine.
