A very different version of a Bordeaux blend from the north of Italy. Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot blended together, but from an organic farm in Veneto. Medium-bodied, moderately tannic and showing good fruit and herb notes. Made with native yeasts and very minimal does of sulfites, this is a good example of why some of the most exciting Merlot blends are coming from Northern Italy.
