An unorthodox blend from the Northern Rhone with intense fruit, mildly briny, and completely natural. Equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah that's direct pressed and fermented without sulfur additions. The Danish Anders Fredrick Steen was formerly a sommelier and restaurateur before moving into winemaking. The vineyards are owned by Gérald Oustric, but Steen is involved with the viticulture year around. Organic farming, no sulfur until bottling, wild and fresh.
