A charming white wine from one of Campania's signature varieties, Falanghina. Grown in the Astroni National Park near Naples, the terroir is dominated by the volcanic soils and steep terraced vineyards crawling up the hills. Native yeast fermentation, aged in stainless steel, no chemicals are ever used in the fields and only a very small 10mg dose of sulfur used. Strong notes of melon, chamomile tea and salt, with a moderate body and acidity giving the wine a nice structure.
