A skin contact white, or orange, wine from a small town near the Austria-Hungary border. A blend of 38% Gruner Veltliner, 24% Pinot Blanc and 38% Scheurebe. After pressing the grapes are allowed to macerate on the skins for 10 days, adding tannic qualities usually absent in white wines. All the farming is biodynamic, grapes are hand picked and there is not sulfur added to at any point.
