Alto-Piemonte, or" higher elevation Piedmont", is a muse of ours and importer Neal Rosenthal. Why so curious abot this country cousin to Barolo? Maybe its the fine, alpine, woodsy aromas or the transaprent, ethereal firmness in each whiff and sip. This wine is made entirely with Vespolina, often a blending grape but in this case highlted as the main act. It's delicate, subtle, grippy, and bouyant. We like to serve with a bit of a chill in all four seasons. Farme organiically and made with family love that dates back to the 15th century.
