A pair of Austrian sisters that studied winemaking under Tom Lubbe of Matassa and Tom Shobrook. They now manage a 13 hectares of certified organic vineyards in the Burgenland with 2015 being their first vintage produced. Waiting for Tom is a blend of Pinot Noir, St. Laurent and Blaufrankisch made without added sulfur and unfined and unfiltered. Notes of cherries and blackberries with soft tannins and herbal tinges of licorice.
