An organic winery in the Pfalz region of Germany, Muller Cator consistently considered one of the best winemakers in the region. This is their dry Scheurebe, a grape bred from Riesling and unknown variety in 1916 and known for displaying tropical fruit notes.
From the mouth of the importer (Terry Theise):
"MC denotes the estate-wine level (as opposed to village, 1er and Grand Crus), and this is quite a fragrant beast! Pee-e-enk grapefruit to the max, key lime, smells actually like wild-ass Saar Riesling; the wine is light but hyper, ludicrous fun; you want to put it in a bucket and pour it over your head"
