Named in reference to the winemaker's wife, this is an aromatic, brightly crisp and fruity dry white wine from New York. Based in the Niagara Escarpment and sourcing his fruit from both there and the Finger Lakes, this cuvee is a blend of 61% Gewurztraminer and 39% Riesling. Wine is made with spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulfites and aged in neutral barrels before being bottled unfiltered. The goal are wines are are true expressions of New York's terroir.
