Macon Gamay from an ancient, illustrious vineyard and exceptional natural winemaker. The vineyard dates back at least to when Burgundian monks first recorded it in 910. The estate has been organic since 1952 with Julian's father, Alain, being the President of the French national federation of organic agriculture and who go the French government to allow organic logos on wine labels. When Julian took over in 2001 is converted the entire estate to biodynamic agriculture and currently has Demeter certification. No sulfites are added, native yeasts and all the reds are semi-carbonic.
