A stunning example of natural Bungundian white wine at an exceptional price. The estate dates back to the 910, when it was founded by monks. It has been farmed organically for 3 generations now, with the current winemaker adopting biodynamic methods. Absolutely no pesticides or other chemicals in the fields, and the wine is made with little to no sulfites dependent on the vintage. This is an unusual, though traditional and allowable, blend of 15% Pinot Gris and 85% Chardonnay.
