We are SO happy to be selling the wines of Camillo Donati. He is the 3rd generation to farm and make wine at their estate about 20km away form Parma. The make super natural wines both in the vineyard and in the cellar. All of their frizzante offerings are produced in the traditional method--fermentation occuring in the bottle. The wines are not fine or filtered which leaves a deposit--beware and pour slowly. Also, these are wines not to serve in a fancy glass. Serve cool and via a tumbler with simple meats, pastas, and olives.
