A Swedish cidery that specializes in making ice ciders who've branched out to make an sparkling cider. Made with the consultation of the German winemaker Markus Lundén of Georg Breuer. The idea is to make a cider that compete with fine wines in quality and perception.

"Pernilla Perle is a semi-dry lightly sparkling cider where the aromas and higher alcohol level are achieved using the same concentration process of the apple juice that’s used when making ice cider."
