A rustically made sparkling wine from rural Emilia-Romagna. In an area that's been growing grapes for thousands of years with a winery built into an old dairy barn. Made completely from the aromatic white variety of Malvasia di Candia that undergoes a 60 day loing maceration (that is 2 months of skin contact, so a very 'orange' wine). The grapes are all organic, there no filtration, no dosage and it is bottled without added sulfur.
