Bill Easton is a California native that grew up drinking quality wines made of Zinfandel and Grenache from cheap jugs. He recognized the quality of these varieties even as the market shift toward Bordeaux grapes. His wines are aged before release, with the 2014 vintage only appearing for sale in after 3 years of aging. Spicy aromatics, creamy texture, a very appealing red to pair with meats, pasta, and root vegetables.
