A funky, fruity and saline white from a biodynamic estate in the Penedès. Founded in the 1970s to grow Cava grapes to sell to other wineries, they began producing their own natural wines in 2001. Direct pressed grapes that're fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for 5 months in steel tanks. Drink it on the first day open, this has no added sulfites won't hold out against oxygen for too long.
